Job summary

Brooksource is seeking two intermediate RPA Developers to join a large-scale automation initiative embedded within finance and accounting teams. This hands-on role blends technical RPA work with business process understanding and will involve onsite collaboration four days per week in Grand Rapids.

Experience with Blue Prism is preferred; other RPA tools are welcome. Training in Appian and AI tools like Google Gemini will be provided to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in RPA or finance roles.
• Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks such as invoice processing, report loading, and data entry into SAP.
• Work directly with finance teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support projects involving document scanning and AI-powered data extraction.
• Participate in daily onsite collaboration (4 days/week).
