RPA Developer

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly skilled RPA UiPath Developer with extensive experience in automating business processes using UiPath.
• The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Should have experience in .Net development along with SQL knowledge.
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions that streamline business workflows, reduce manual efforts, and optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist design, development, and deployment of advanced automation workflows using UiPath.
• Implement best practices in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), including error handling, logging, and exception management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand automation requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Use various UiPath features like Data Scraping, Screen Scraping, Selectors, Orchestrator, Queues, and REframe work to build robust and scalable automation solutions.
• To convert existing UiPath automation solutions to RE-Framework with orchestrator Queue or DataTabke/DataRow.
• Integrate UiPath automation with external systems and applications through APIs, web services, and databases.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to business users and junior developers on using and maintaining the automated workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest UiPath releases, features, and advancements in the RPA domain.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, workflows, and technical designs for the automation solutions.

Technical Skills:

• UiPath (Advanced): Strong experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot deployment.
• Expertise in key features like Data Scraping, Image Recognition, PDF Automation, Email Automation, Selectors, Queues, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency in creating reusable components, using the REFramework, and implementing custom activities, and creating Libraries in UiPath.
• Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and error recovery mechanisms. Experience integrating UiPath with databases and external systems through REST APIs, SOAP services, and SQL.
• Ability to build and manage queues in UiPath Orchestrator for efficient workload distribution.
• Experience working with PDF automation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and Document Understanding in UiPath is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABBYY Flexicapture is a plus
• SQL: Strong knowledge of database management and creating optimized queries to interact with automation workflows.
• .NET Development Understanding of .NET Framework and C# is advantageous. Familiarity with ASP.NET, Web API, and basic coding concepts for custom activity creation in UiPath is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in UiPath development, with a focus on designing and deploying automation solutions.
• UIPath Advanced Certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
