Job description

Automation Anywhere RPA Developer (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and development of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere tool
• Automate web interfaces, desktop applications, PDFs, databases, Excel, and web services
• Create stored procedures, joins, DDL, and DML operations
• MetaBOT creation, DLL development, and building reusable components
• Configure WLM/Queue in Automation Anywhere
• Configure and maintain Control Room activities
• Participate in Scrum calls; be self-organizing with high accountability for assigned tasks
• Own the development, testing, and deployment of automation products

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of experience in RPA
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere version 11 or above
• Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional preferred
• Strong experience with databases: stored procedures, joins, DDL, DML
• Knowledge of RPA bot deployment cycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical discussions
• Analytical mindset with adaptability to new configurations and code
• Preferred programming languages: .NET, Java, HTML, VBA
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across projects
• Passion for application development from conception to deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly with initiative and curiosity
• Teamwork and collaboration skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $95,000 to $109,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and company policies.
