The Role

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented UiPath RPA Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in the entire automation development lifecycle, from analyzing processes and designing solutions to building, testing, and deploying robust robots using the UiPath platform. This includes working extensively with UiPath Orchestrator, leveraging the RE Framework, and implementing various automation techniques, particularly in areas like OCR and Document Understanding. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to overlap with the US Eastern Time (EST) zone for a few hours daily.

Shift timing: 4.00 PM - 1.00 AM IST.

Skill Set :

• Must have worked on minimum 5 End to End Automation Projects using UIPath.
• Working knowledge of OCR/Web Automation/Windows Automation/Email Automation/ REST API.
• Hands on development experience with UiPath Orchestrator & RE Framework
• Experience with MySQL DB or any other database(s)
• Must have experience in Excel, Web, Image, OCR, PDF based automation
• Hands on experience in Excel, Macro, VBA/SQL/RPA tools
• Developing and deploying using UiPath ReFramework.
• Experience in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, and Image based automation.
• Good experience in Orchestrator is mandatory.
• Experience in OCR (Abby) and Free OCR tools/Libraries.
• Experience in object-oriented programming like C#, Java, or Python is an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical skills, teamwork, and collaboration skills with various teams like management, operations, IT.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with UiPath AI Center, particularly Document Understanding, will be highly preferred.
• Experience of automation projects in US healthcare sector for claims processing and revenue collection management (RCM) will be highly preferred.
• Advanced UiPath RPA Developer Certification will be a big plus.
• Must be comfortable working with overlap of few hours in EST time zone.
• Immediate or early joiners (7-10 days) will be highly preferred.
• Salary will not be a bar for the right candidate.
