Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and strong process analysis.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
• Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of variables, loops, conditional logic, exception handling, and debugging.
• Experience with Excel automation, email automation, and file processing.
• Understanding of SQL and database connectivity.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, along with strong programming, process analysis, and troubleshooting skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate business workflows.

Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Gather requirements from business stakeholders and prepare process documentation.

Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Create reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks.

Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bot validation.

Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve production issues.

Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and error recovery.

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and business users.

Monitor bot performance and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.

Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

Support bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance.

Follow security standards and best practices for credentials and sensitive data.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.

Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.

Knowledge of variables, loops, conditional logic, exception handling, and debugging.

Experience with Excel automation, email automation, and file processing.

Understanding of SQL and database connectivity.

Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.

Experience with source control, testing, and deployment practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with UiPath Orchestrator or equivalent RPA control-room tools.

Knowledge of OCR and document processing tools such as UiPath Document Understanding.

Experience with AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, or process mining.

Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, or CRM automation.

Experience with cloud-based automation platforms.

Knowledge of CI/CD and automation testing practices.
