Job summary

TIAG is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support the Office of Naval Research ITSS contract in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and securing enterprise AWS infrastructure to sustain mission-critical operations on-site five days per week.

You will automate deployments, implement IaC, and ensure DoD cybersecurity standards are met, collaborating with government stakeholders and enterprise teams. Active DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on AWS design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• DoD Secret clearance and RMF/ATO familiarity.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure AWS cloud infrastructure for ONR.
• Implement IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline/CodeBuild or equivalent.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Support RMF/ATO compliance and DoD security standards.
