Job summary

A rapidly growing IT Professional Services company in Washington, DC is seeking a UiPath Solutions Architect to lead engagements and oversee implementation. The role requires a minimum of 6 years in object-oriented programming and 3 years of UiPath experience, along with an active Secret clearance. This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $215,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 10+ years IT experience preferred.
• 6+ years in object-oriented programming languages.
• 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Solutions Architect experience utilizing UiPath is required.
• UiPath certification required.
• Active Secret level clearance or above is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-5 resources in UiPath professional services.
• Provide technical guidance during implementation stages.
• Identify RPA developers and Business Analysts.
• Develop solutions to drive customer adoption.
