Job summary

conserviceinternal is seeking an RPA Specialist to design, build, and deploy automated robots that handle utility bill transactions and complex data processing, ensuring accuracy and scalability. You will monitor production robots, diagnose exceptions, and refactor code to maintain reliable business functions, while expanding automation into EDI and other core systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years hands-on RPA experience.
Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting RPA robots.
Familiarity with EDI and electronic data formats.

Responsibilities

Design, Build, & Deploy: Plan, design, and develop automated robots for utility bill transactions and data processing.
Monitor & Optimize: Monitor robots, diagnose exceptions, and fix or refactor code to ensure reliability.
Expand & Innovate: Identify areas to expand automation across the department.
System & EDI Integration: Build and maintain SFTP/MFT platforms and other transaction systems.
Vendor & Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with external vendors and align with internal teams to bring robots online.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate robot reliability.
