Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath to join our automation team in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Power Platform, collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams across SDLC.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience, the ability to work legally in the United States, and comfort with SAP integrations, REST APIs, Git and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath and REFramework.
• Assist integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP apps, databases, and APIs.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to translate requirements into automation.
• Follow established development standards, reusable components, and governance.
• Support UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, queues, assets, schedules).
• Monitor bot performance, automation execution, and platform health.
• Troubleshoot failures and production issues; escalate when needed.
• Participate in releases across Development, Test, UAT, Production environments.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps for source control and deployment; participate in code reviews.
• Develop technical docs and operational procedures; collaborate with stakeholders and security teams.
• Learn and apply Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Build Process Automation, Document Understanding, AI opportunities.
• Engage in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement.
