Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath to join our team in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

You will develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and deliver reliable automation across environments. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
Assist with integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP applications, databases, APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
Follow established automation development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and governance requirements.
Support the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, queues, assets, schedules).
Monitor bot performance, automation execution, and platform health; troubleshoot production issues.
Participate in SDLC activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Use Git and Azure DevOps in development and deployment workflows.
Contribute to code reviews, solution reviews, and testing to improve quality and maintainability.
Create and maintain technical documentation including process docs, deployment instructions, and runbooks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, developers, and solution architects.
Develop unit and functional tests to ensure automation quality and performance.
Explore and apply Power Platform, SAP Build Process Automation, AI/Document Understanding where appropriate.
Engage in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement.
