Job summary

Gagstek is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to drive automation initiatives using Python and Robocorp. You will collaborate with the development pod, review bots, and maintain critical documentation while coordinating with client teams to align on requirements and delivery timelines.

The role requires strong communication, a solid understanding of Agile, and experience with Jira for task tracking. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment and help deliver scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and update documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Act as a point of contact between the development pod and the client team, facilitating communication and coordination.
• Manage the team backlog using Jira, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of automation solutions.
• Lead meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
