Programmers.io is seeking an experienced RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere A360 for a remote contract role. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and coordinate with offshore teams throughout the automation lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, Credential Vault, Bot deployment, and REST/SOAP API integrations. Strong debugging, logging, and performance optimization skills are essential to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Automation Anywhere A360 development and production support.
• Automation Anywhere 360 certified, with experience in web, desktop, and Citrix apps.
• Experience with Control Room: deployment, scheduling, credentials vault, and monitoring.
• Strong debugging, logging, and bot performance optimization.

Contract Role (Open for C2C OR W2)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Provide status updates and act as the primary point of contact for automation initiatives.
• Drive bot performance improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development, implementation, and production support.
• Automation Anywhere 360 certified.
  • Web, desktop, and Citrix-based applications
  • Excel, CSV, PDF, email, and file-based processing
  • REST/SOAP API integrations
• Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, including:
  • Bot deployment and scheduling
  • Credential Vault management
  • Runner and workload management
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience with version control, release management, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise support models.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
