Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in RPA development or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and business process automation.
• Experience with exception handling, debugging, logging, and bot scheduling.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Build automation workflows for repetitive, rule-based business operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and technical teams to gather automation requirements.
• Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web applications.
• Implement exception handling, logging, error recovery, and reporting mechanisms.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support.
• Monitor deployed bots and troubleshoot automation failures.
• Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
• Follow security, access-control, and governance standards for automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve bot performance and operational efficiency.
