Job Description

Our Center City Philadelphia client is looking for an RPA Analyst who will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, developing/configuring workflow-based robotic process automations, and providing production support for deployed automations.

This is a hybrid position with only one day per week in the office. This is a full-time (non-contracting) role.

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED AND THERE IS NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.

This position requires solid technical skills, an analytical mindset, aptitude for quickly learning to use software, and excellent communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead end-to-end lifecycle of RPA initiatives, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
2. Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as AutomationAnywhere and Xceptor.
3. Configure, deploy, and support bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and other manual processes.
4. Quickly analyze functional processes as described by business partners; diagram workflows of the elements involved from source to outcome.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2+ years of experience in Robotics Process Automation, with a proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects from inception to completion as a Robotic Process Automation Analyst/Engineer.
2. Experience with one of the popular platforms: AutomationAnywhere, UiPath, Fortra, BluePrism, Xceptor, etc.
3. Strong command of MS Excel.
4. Familiarity with Data Warehouse environments.
5. Solid experience with MSSQL.
6. Excellent technical documentation skills.
