Job description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst to join their growing team. As an RPA Analyst, you will interact with internal stakeholders and utilize workflow software platforms to automate business processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects using advanced RPA tools.
  2. Design, implement, and optimize automated solutions to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
  3. Provide technical guidance to junior team members in RPA development.
  4. Deploy and maintain automated processes for data entry, extraction, and repetitive tasks.
  5. Consult with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and propose automation solutions.
  6. Recommend process improvements based on business analysis and automation capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with developers and tech leaders to integrate automation into broader initiatives.
  8. Conduct user training and ensure solutions meet business needs through feedback.
  9. Resolve operational issues and optimize workflows for better performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum of two years' experience in RPA, managing projects from start to finish.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  4. Experience with data management and storage environments.
  5. Solid knowledge of MS SQL for database management.
  6. Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.
  7. Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Hands-on experience with RPA and process orchestration platforms.
  2. Proficiency in APIs for data transfer and automation.
  3. Certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  4. Programming skills in MS SQL, Python, Snowflake, PostgreSQL.
  5. Familiarity with the BetaNXT platform.
