Job description

Title: RPA Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Type: Contract


Our client is seeking an RPA Analyst who will be responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.


Description

The RPA Technical Program Lead will be part of the RPA CoE and report to the Senior Director. This lead will be the liaison between the technical and functional teams and work directly with various internal IT teams, business teams, and vendors to drive a successful RPA program for our residential customer care agents. The Lead will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams including architecture, infrastructure, integration, development, testing, and operations to ensure that the platform (both production and multiple non-production environments) and its supporting processes are stable and available 24x7 for automation, and that the end-to-end technical processes are built in a sustainable way to drive long-term value to our business teams.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinates directly with the overall program manager to drive all the pieces that are related to the technology.
  • Help drive this project forward.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end is covered and can take accountability for driving success from a technology standpoint.
  • Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools.
  • Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery.
  • Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
  • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
  • Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices, ensuring the correct use of Scrum process.
  • Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes.
  • Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
  • Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
  • Manage specific new technical service engineering programs to meet broad service/product objectives.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions.
  • Coordinate across multiple engineering/development teams as needed.
  • Serve as a conduit between deployment and engineering to ensure requirements and design considerations are incorporated to improve deployment and sustainability of software and services.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • RPA leadership and operations—2+ years (UiPath is required).
  • RPA architecture, and platform understanding.
  • RPA access change and release management.
  • RPA support activities include creating and managing KPIs and coordinating with vendor partners.
  • IT Operations, User Management, and Support; experience in working with ServiceNow.
  • Solid customer focus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to create and manage project plans in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to understand the criticality of running automations in a 24x7 operation.
  • ITIL Foundations or advanced certifications preferred.
