Job summary

Pontiac, Michigan is hosting a Business Analyst opening at FastTek Global. The candidate will support Infrastructure Services projects, including Networking, Server, and O365, with a focus on data analytics, requirements writing, testing, and deployment of technology solutions.

The role requires self-motivation, ownership of assignments, and strong communication skills to ensure deliverables meet specifications. Remote/onsite flexibility may be provided based on project needs.

Qualifications

• MUST have strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite.
• MUST have data analytics experience.
• Experience with Contracts and RFPs is a plus.
• Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with Service Now Integrations (Asset Mgmt, Inventory Mgmt, CMDB discovery) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and write up technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions; conduct research and evaluate options.
• Create procedures to improve existing systems and provide user training and support.
• Draft and review Requests for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Job Description:

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties may include data analysis, writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
• Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• Experience with Service Now Integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery) a plus
