Englefield Retail is seeking Kitchen Team Members to support Royal Craft Kitchen operations. You will verify labeling, manage deliveries, follow recipes, and maintain a sanitary workspace while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable using modern tools. The role offers full-time hours with growth opportunities and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Verify all products are correctly labeled with pricing and expiration dates.
• Operate and maintain all food preparation machinery and equipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize food deliveries.
• Adhere to proper food safety protocols.
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitized.
• Stay positive and maintain a cheerful attitude throughout every shift.
• Report any food quality issues to the Commissary Manager.
• Follow recipes and instructions, with support from the Commissary Manager.
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment when necessary.

What You’ll Do

• Verify all products are correctly labeled with pricing and expiration dates.
• Operate and maintain all food preparation machinery and equipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize food deliveries.

• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfort with technology—we use modern tools to make work easier
• Stamina and mobility - physical tasks are part of the role: expect repetitive movements like bending and reaching, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in outdoor areas or temperature-controlled spaces like walk-in coolers.
