Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as front-line associates. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and keep the store neat both inside and out.

You will also stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with tobacco, alcohol, and other sales regulations. We value a customer-focused mindset, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency

• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
