Job summary

Stantec is seeking a ROW/Title Research professional to support transportation projects across multiple states. The role emphasizes rigorous title analysis, situational awareness of property records, and coordination with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and at least one year of ROW/title experience, with strong communication and GIS familiarity. This position is office-based with field site visits and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to digital title abstracts and chain of title.
• Experience analyzing titles and title reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property and title research, including long-form title searches and compilation of digital title abstracts.
• Lead QA/QC on personal work and team work to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver project reports and handle landowner interactions including securing easements and negotiations.
• Support ROW project activities including permitting, acquisition, documentation, and collaboration with project teams.
