The Right of Way Technician supports property acquisition and right of way activities, including title research, permitting, negotiations, and documentation, ensuring projects proceed efficiently. This role reports to the Right of Way Project Manager and can be based in Richmond, VA.
Position will primarily work in an office setting but may require field work. Employees may drive on company business to deliver plans or documents to reviewing agencies or clients or attend meetings. Occasionally visits construction sites or works in outside weather conditions.
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
