Qualifications

• MS Office Suite experience is required.
• Background in title, paralegal, real estate or mortgage lending is beneficial.
• GIS and database familiarity preferred.
• Real estate knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects as directed.
• Provide administrative duties, property research, property management and consultant oversight.
• Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support as needed.
• Input and track data in spreadsheets and/or a database and prepare client reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and proactive follow-up on tasks.
• Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry.
