Job summary

HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Agent 2 in Everett, WA to support acquisition of rights, relocation of displaces, and coordination of rights-of-way and utilities. You will work with property owners, occupants and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely project execution.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in real estate or related fields, an AA degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and MS Office skills. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of negotiation and presentation basics.
• Ability to coordinate with management and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-negotiation due diligence for parcels, property owners and occupants.
• Coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients.
• Support real property projects including title reports, risk analysis and acquisition of rights.
• Perform other duties as needed.
