Job summary

ProSource Land Services in Minnesota seeks a Right of Way Document Specialist to support a major multi-year natural gas pipeline right of way program. This role is the project team's administrative and information-control center, working with the Project Manager, field staff and client representatives.

This position manages parcel and landowner records, acquisition documents and reports, ensuring accurate, current information as the project moves toward construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, right of way administration, real estate administration, or related support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parcel and landowner tracking system.
• Verify acquisition status information from field personnel.
• Track agreements from preparation through execution and final filing.
• Maintain electronic parcel files per standards.
• Prepare recurring acquisition and project-status reports.
• Coordinate document routing between field staff, management and client.
• Assist with landowner correspondence and document preparation.
• Track appraisal, title and exhibit requests.
• Support weekly project meetings and action-item tracking.
