Job summary

ProSource Land Services is seeking an exceptionally organized Right of Way Document Specialist to support a major multi-year natural gas pipeline program in Minnesota.

This role serves as the information-control hub for the project team, ensuring parcel information, agreements, payments, reports and records stay accurate and current. You will work closely with the Project Manager, field staff and client representatives to deliver precise documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project coordination, right of way administration or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Ability to work with databases and electronic document-management systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow issues through completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project's parcel and landowner tracking system.
• Enter and verify acquisition status information from field personnel.
• Track agreements from preparation through execution, payment and filing.
• Maintain electronic parcel files using established naming and documentation standards.
• Prepare recurring acquisition and project-status reports.
• Track outstanding assignments, commitments and follow-up.
• Coordinate document routing between field personnel, project management and client.
• Assist with landowner correspondence and acquisition-document preparation.
• Track damage agreements and payments.
• Support condemnation file assembly and document control.
