Job summary

State of Delaware, Division of Transportation Solutions, is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee ROW plan development, review, and approval. The role includes supervising staff and providing engineering support to ensure timely and accurate ROW plans for transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Six years’ experience in the Right of Way.
• Three years’ experience in transportation or construction project management.
• One year of experience in contract administration.
• One year of staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspects infrastructures to ensure compliance with design plans and codes.
• Designs, reviews, and supports ROW plans for transportation projects.
• Compiles and records notes, sketches, and data for documentation.
• Operates surveying and data collection activities and tools.
• Performs other related duties as required.
