Job summary

City of Frisco seeks a Right-of-Way Technician to assist with processing ROW and Network Node permit applications. You will maintain records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with other city departments to support ROW inspections and utility projects.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience. Pre-employment checks and a Texas driver's license may be required. Office environment; on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of customer service experience.
• Permit and plan review experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and MVR.
• May be required to possess a valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process Right-of-Way permit applications and Network Node permit applications.
• Maintain records, reports, and databases for ROW permits and inspections.
• Coordinate information with City departments and respond to inquiries from the public, contractors, and agencies.
• Assist with insurance verification for ROW contractors and registrations.
• Provide clerical support, data entry, and customer service for ROW division tasks.
• Attend meetings and handle correspondence related to ROW and utility projects.
