Percheron LLC in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Document Specialist to support solar right‑of‑way projects. You will review title information, maintain easement records, prepare option/easement documents, and QA/QC documents for accuracy under supervision.

You will collaborate with the Documents Supervisor and Project Manager, manage time-sensitive requests, and ensure documents are filed securely and accessible across databases, including GIS, CAD, and NSite workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work independently and QA/QC others' work with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with title and easement documents is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Report to the Documents Supervisor or LAD Managing Director for direction.
• Review title information, LTC, and title opinions; update ownership records.
• Prepare option/easement documents and mailing letters per templates.
• QA/QC documents created by others and maintain multiple databases.
• Coordinate mapping of tracts with GIS and update status; file documents for recording.
• Assist project team with special tasks and generate project reports.
