Qualifications

• 5+ years of Right of Way or Real Estate experience.
• Must be local to Raleigh, NC.
• Experience in interpretation of documents and use of ROW tools.
• Understanding of environmental issues.

Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to acquire real property rights and negotiate buy/sell terms.
• Negotiate with owners, analyze appraisals, and advise client on settlement or condemnation.
• Represent the client in complex negotiations with owners and attorneys.
• Prepare lawsuit packages for condemnation and assist attorney as needed.
• Capable of working unsupervised and in specialized ROW areas.
