Contract Land Staff, LLC is seeking an experienced Right of Way Agent local to Raleigh, NC. The role involves field investigations to support land acquisitions, permits, crop data, and route assessments.

Candidates should perform duties independently and with a strong understanding of real estate processes. The position emphasizes negotiation with property owners, analysis of appraisals, and collaboration with clients and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5+ years of Right of Way and/or Real Estate experience.
• Must be local to Raleigh, NC.
• Prior experience in interpretation of documents and in the use of all the tools required in the Right-of-Way field.

Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to negotiate property rights and settlements.
• Analyze property appraisals and provide recommendations to the client.
• Represent the client in negotiations with owners and attorneys.
• Assist in determining whether to pursue condemnation or negotiate settlements.
• Prepare information for condemnation proceedings and support attorneys as needed.
• Work independently in a variety of roles and environments.
• Coordinate Right of Way operations and related tasks as required.
