The role involves processing ROW requests, collaborating with Legal and Engineering, and ensuring timely permits and documentation. A high school diploma is required and a hybrid in-office schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related coursework helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under supervision.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology, regulatory rules and land records is a plus.
• Knowledge of ProjectWise and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and process requests to use ROW rights and grants of easement.
• Determine rights under existing easements; liaise with landowners and departments.
• Work with Legal to prepare documents such as easements and licenses.
• Research public records to determine property ownership.
• Support engineering and construction teams on projects requiring crossings or permits.
