Job summary

Purple Land Management, LLC is hiring experienced Right of Way Agents for a mobile field role across Texas, including the Groesbeck-Centerville corridor. You will manage end-to-end ROW acquisitions, negotiate with landowners, coordinate survey permissions, and support construction activities on midstream projects.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of ROW field experience, a valid Texas real estate license or active license, and proven ability to read maps and route plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of active ROW field acquisition experience in midstream pipelines, gathering systems, or utility infrastructure
• Current Texas Real Estate Commission/Easement or ERW registration or active Texas Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License in good standing (mandatory for surface acquisition in Texas)
• Experience navigating Limestone, Leon, Freestone, Robertson counties or surrounding East-Central Texas counties
• Ability to read pipeline alignment sheets, route maps, GIS layers, and survey plats; familiarity with Landboss, Quorum, Excel

Responsibilities

• Locate, contact, and negotiate ROW agreements, easements, SUAs, TWAs, and road-use permits with landowners
• Review title runsheets and county records to confirm ownership and authority
• Prepare and execute easement packages, damage releases, and related agreements per project guidelines
• Maintain landowner negotiation records and logs in PLM databases
• Coordinate ingress/egress permissions and survey access with landowners
• Serve as field liaison between survey crews, engineers, and landowners to resolve routing issues
• Represent the project during pre-construction, trenching, and restoration phases
• Ensure contractors follow landowner conditions (fencing, livestock, timber, depth of cover, topsoil)
• Conduct post-construction walkthroughs, assess damages, negotiate settlements, obtain sign-offs
