Lake Oswego Senior High School is seeking a Food Service Assistant III to prepare and serve nutritious meals for students and staff across all school sites. The role follows production sheets and menus while maintaining strict sanitation, proper equipment use, and safe food storage.

You will assist with daily cleanup and operate the POS system, supporting food service operations. Hours are 7:30 am to 1:15 pm, 5.75 hours per day for 186 days per year (prorated).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years college preferred.
• Familiarity with basic first aid procedures.
• Ability to read and follow production sheets and menus.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and serves daily meals following planned menus and production sheets.
• Assists with menu planning and ordering food and supplies.
• Operates the POS system and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains sanitation and proper storage of supplies and foods.
• Attends to daily clean-up of kitchen and cafeteria areas.
