Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves daily meals following menus and production sheets.
• Maintains sanitation, proper storage, and cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
• Operates POS system and handles food service records.
• Assists with menu planning, ordering, and coordination with Food Service Coordinator.
• Maintains daily attendance and completes required documentation.
