Job summary

Tesoro Group seeks an experienced Roving Maintenance Technician for 3 properties in Rochester & Byron, MN. The role lasts 30–120 days and could become permanent for the right candidate.

You will refurbish apartments prior to occupancy and perform light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination tasks. Ideal candidates have 2 years of residential maintenance experience, familiarity with unit turns, and must provide and use their own basic tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Experience with unit turnover and refurbishments.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay self-sufficient.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy and provide maintenance services including light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination.
• Provide repairs to sinks, windows, floors, and other building components.
• Maintain grounds and perform cleaning duties for vacant units.
• Install and repair plumbing, HVAC fixtures; perform minor metal fabrication and welding.
• Repair appliances and troubleshoot issues; provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Ensure courteous and efficient customer service.
