Southwest Equity Partners is seeking a Roving Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of multiple apartment communities across San Diego. This hands-on role focuses on janitorial tasks and property upkeep, with travel between sites and collaboration with Property Managers and Maintenance teams to ensure clean, safe environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or porter experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required due to travel between properties.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned apartment communities.
• Clean building entrances, walkways, stairwells, and common areas.
• Pick up litter and debris in parking lots and grounds.
• Maintain trash and recycling areas; clean around dumpsters.
• Clean laundry rooms and shared resident areas; wipe surfaces and mop floors.
• Remove cobwebs and clean windows, doors, railings, and surfaces.
• Proactively inspect properties and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Travel between multiple properties during the workday.
