Integrity Property Services Inc. is hiring a dependable Floating Day Porter to support multiple commercial properties around San Diego County. This role provides coverage for absences and varying schedules, with work locations and days changing as needed.

You will perform cleaning, restocking, and basic maintenance tasks, maintain professional communication with tenants and supervisors, and complete daily logs following company procedures while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work at different properties.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations throughout San Diego County.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to management.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash and replace liners; clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors; manage litter and debris removal.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other high-touch areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Set up or move tables and chairs as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, and supervisors.
• Complete daily inspections and logs following company procedures.

Position Summary

Integrity Property Services is hiring a dependable Floating Day Porter to support multiple commercial properties throughout San Diego County. This position provides coverage for employee absences, scheduled days off, and additional service needs. Work locations and schedules will vary.

Essential Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property throughout each shift to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms while restocking paper products, soap, and other consumables.
• Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, sidewalks, breezeways, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed.
• Remove litter, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, drinking fountains, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Perform minor touch-up cleaning of spills, stains, and unexpected messes throughout the day.
• Monitor restroom, janitorial, and common area supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Report maintenance issues, vandalism, graffiti, safety hazards, water leaks, lighting outages, or other property concerns.
• Set up or move tables, chairs, and other common area furniture when requested.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, property management, and supervisors.
• Complete daily inspections, work logs, and assigned tasks using company procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other property maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage assigned tasks.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including walking, bending, and lifting 50 pounds and supplies.
• Smartphone for schedules, timekeeping, checklists, photos, and communication.
• Previous porter, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
