Job summary

Integrity Property Services Inc. seeks a dependable Day Porter to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of commercial properties in San Diego County throughout the day.

You will patrol properties, clean restrooms, common areas, and entrances, and promptly address spills, debris, and safety issues while coordinating with tenants and property managers. A professional demeanor and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial or day porter experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed.
• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Address spills and stains with prompt touch-up cleaning.
• Monitor supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Set up or move furniture as requested.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and management.
• Complete daily inspections and logs following company procedures.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other property maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
