Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple properties in Southern California. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with roving assignments for a single owner.

Compensation is $24.00 per hour, plus a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and paid time off. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, technically skilled, fast-moving, and tech-proficient, with strong communication and organization skills to handle

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or related field with customer service.
• Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Great communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage work orders for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on properties and units.
• Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, doors and windows as needed.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and action items.
• Interact with vendors and suppliers professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service to team and residents.
• Complete emergency and routine service requests as required.
• Turnover make-ready tasks and prep vacant units for move-ins.
