The Goodman Group is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to join their team. The company is based in Chaska, MN, managing senior living, healthcare, residential, and commercial properties across the U.S., providing homes and services for over 10,000 residents and employing more than 4,000 staff.

The Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining quality and efficiency in maintenance operations within residential communities. Key duties include providing maintenance coverage and on-call support across various communities, supporting and training maintenance staff, managing maintenance budgets, planning and conducting preventative maintenance, inspecting properties, and assisting with projects to meet organizational goals.

Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Wage: $28.00-$30.00/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities
• Dependability and initiative
• Organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality

Experience:

• 2-3 years in apartment maintenance or related field
• Boiler license required
• Ability to obtain CPO license
