Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to travel among a portfolio of properties in Fairfield County (Norwalk, Stamford, Wilton, Darien, Danbury) and handle preventative maintenance and ticket resolution.

You’ll address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, prepare vacant units for move-in, and maintain the building and grounds while delivering outstanding residentService. The role requires on-call availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair basics.
• On-call rotation and emergency responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties in Fairfield County to handle maintenance tasks.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Prep vacant apartments for move-in and perform turnover work.
• Maintain building safety and cleanliness, respond to after-hours emergencies.
