Hornig Companies seeks a highly skilled, full-time roving Maintenance Technician to respond to work orders, prepare units for new move-ins, and perform preventive maintenance across our Minneapolis and St. Paul portfolio of historic properties.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of maintenance experience required, with multi-housing experience.
• Mechanical, plumbing and light electrical aptitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to work orders and prepare units for new move-ins.
• Perform preventive maintenance across a portfolio of properties.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical and building issues.
• Repair blinds, closet doors, windows and locks; caulking and minor sheetrock work.
