Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and minimize resident disruption.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers; inspect, repair, and clean to ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain the community’s curb appeal through exterior maintenance and landscaping.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management for upkeep of the multi-family complex.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Additional duties as required.
