Responsabilidades

• Traveling (roving) amongst a portfolio of properties within Southern CT (Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, Stamford).
• Converting leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful information.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community to generate new leases.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generating awareness and excitement via social media; working weekends (three weekends per month).
