Bozzuto is seeking a Roving Sales & Marketing Associate to travel across St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Greater Tampa properties. You will convert leads into tours and leases, conduct personalized tours, and build brand loyalty through an exceptional resident experience.

You will also create engaging content for social media and align weekend travel with prospective resident activity. This role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and a polished appearance.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Travel roving among a portfolio of properties within St. Petersburg, Tampa and Greater Tampa.
• Convert leads into community tours and leases with compelling information.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is stellar.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media.
• Work weekends (three weekends per month) with two weekdays off.
