Job summary

Bozzuto invites a Roving Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to travel among Southern Connecticut properties, converting leads into tours and guiding prospective residents through personalized tours.

You will foster brand loyalty by delivering a stellar resident experience, create engaging social content, and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects. Weekend work is required, with three weekends per month and two weekdays off.

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing information.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours leading to leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a stellar resident experience.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media content.
• Work weekends (three weekends per month) with two days off during the week.
