Affinity Property Management, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for two apartment communities in Eugene, OR. This full-time, in-person role requires coordinating tours and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.

You will manage lease activities, promote the property, and utilize lead-management software. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential for daily tasks and collaboration with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time.
• In-person property environment.

Responsibilities
