This full-time role requires delivering exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents through the lease process. You will collaborate with the Leasing team to meet occupancy targets, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and promote our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• In-office 80% and property grounds inspection 20% with stairs/climb.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective residents.
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other revenue.
