Job summary

Property Solutions & Services, Inc is seeking a Full-Time Roving Property Caretaker to maintain grounds, clean common areas, and perform light maintenance across Twin Cities properties. The role requires reliability, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and the willingness to pass a background check.

Salary is $21 per hour, with a benefits package including health and retirement options. This position covers sites in St.

Qualifications

Prior dependable work history.
A great work ethic.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Driver's License.
Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Keeping property grounds free of trash & litter (70% of the time).
Light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, replacing outlet covers, screen repairs (15%).
Cleaning interior common areas such as hallways, community rooms, offices, entryways occasionally.
Light cleaning vacant apartments on turnover occasionally.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping occasionally.
Cleaning windows occasionally.
Seasonal duties such as snow removal, salting/sanding, weeding, etc.
