The role covers grounds maintenance, building cleaning, and turnover prep across multiple properties; must be dependable, able to work independently, and pass a background check. Full-time, 40 hours/week, $20-$22/hour, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple properties.
• Comfortable with physical work indoors and outdoors.
• Previous groundskeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to clear a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds by picking up trash, pulling weeds, trimming branches, watering flowers, and clearing debris.
• Keep patios, sidewalks, garages, car wash areas, and building entrances clean.
• Manage outdoor trash, dumpsters, and recycling.
• Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and shared restrooms.
• Complete apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and floors.
• Report maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns to management.
